Job Roles At Encompass

Job roles at Encompass are similar to those you would find in any care setting within the care sector.

The difference with Encompass is our person-centred approach to the care and support we deliver, the way we work as a team, and our management structure which oversees all the properties.

Typical Job Roles at Encompass

From the ever-needed support worker to team leaders and managers; the job roles at Encompass provide plenty of opportunity to meet your level of training and qualifications.

All our services from supported accommodation, care homes and community support, have a need for exceptional support workers. However we employ Senior Support Workers, Team and Shift Leaders, Deputy Managers, Scheme Managers and Registered Managers.

Our Services

At Encompass we strive to help those with learning disabilities and enduring mental health issues.

We offer a mix of accommodation-based support services and support in your own home, with services ranging from registered residential care, to supported living in your own home (domiciliary care) and respite care; Encompass assists many people in many ways.

The wonderful thing about what we do at Encompass is that our care and support is person-centred. We understand that everyone is unique; there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the services we provide. This sets Encompass apart, and the staff and service users alike recognise and appreciate this.
