We are currently searching for Senior Support Workers to join our community outreach team. Based in Weymouth but providing domicillary support in all areas including Weymouth and North Dorset. You will be working as part of an amazing team and supporting some inspiring individuals. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be directly supporting the needs of the Team Leaders and Registered manager. You will have a hand in the day to day running of the department and support the support workers. This may include completion of covering shifts, supervisions and other duties.
