Along with our Respite Service in Dorchester, we are made up of friendly teams dedicated to supporting individuals with a learning disability. Our goal is to empower them to live each day to the fullest and make a positive impact on their lives.
If you thrive on planning engaging activities, thinking creatively, and making a real difference, then you've come to the right place!
As part of one of our Dorchester teams, you will have the opportunity to plan exciting outings, fun activities, and provide sensory stimulation using a person-centered approach.
While a full UK driving licence is preferred, it is not essential. We value continuous learning and development, and you will have ample opportunities to grow along your Encompass journey. We provide full support every step of the way.
We have both full-time and part-time positions available, offering flexible shift patterns to suit your needs.
In terms of compensation, you can expect a salary of £11.50 - £11.72 per hour on days starting rate, with increases based on experience. Additionally, we offer a 50% extra pay rate for bank holidays, and we reimburse mileage and travel time when you are away from your base service.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, all positions are subject to satisfactory DBS checks and two references.

Your dedication and commitment will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from £12.54 to £12.84 starting rate per hour. As a valued member of our team, you can expect regular pay reviews based on your length of service.
