How to make COMPLAINTS, COMMENTS and SUGGESTIONS about our services.

Encompass welcomes comments about the services we provide.  We need people to tell us what they think so that we can maintain or develop the services that are most valued, have another look at those things that don’t quite fit what people need, and try to put right any mistakes that are made.

Your opinions matter to us.  We will value and take seriously any comment or complaint you choose to make.  It could be about anything - the care you have received, the cleanliness of the home or the quality of the meals.
